On December 5, 2019, the 8th Cambodia Construction Industry Expo kicked off at the Diamond Exhibition and Convention Center in Phnom Penh. Sunrise’s prefab building appeared at the Exhibition, which attracted a lot of attention from inside and outside the industry, construction developers and industry media.
As one of the largest and most influential Industrial Construction exhibitions in Cambodia, the exhibition is organized by Cambodia Constructors Association (CCA), the Cambodian builders’ association. The Cambodia Construction Exhibition is directly aimed at the owner of construction projects in Cambodia and the surrounding countries, and also invites the main leaders of construction companies, architectural design consulting companies, suppliers/distributors of construction materials, equipment and machinery, and real estate companies (including land holders) to visit the exhibition and select materials.
According to a report released by the World Bank, Cambodia’s economy has been growing at an average annual rate of 7.7 percent for 20 years, ranking it sixth in the world. Cambodia’s economy continues to maintain a good growth momentum, and Cambodia is a country along the Maritime Silk Road in the 21st century, supporting and actively participating in the construction of the “One Belt, One Road”. Cambodia’s political stability and policy continuity are strong, the government has been committed to improving the investment environment, attracting foreign investment, foreign investment has become an important driving force for Cambodia’s economic development, Cambodia’s construction and real estate industry is growing rapidly and is unprecedentedly active.

Over the past 10 years, Sunrise team has been continuously innovating in the process of prefab houses, developing markets and applications, and independently developing the SPB building system to break through the core technical problems of “difficult to build, slow to build”, solving a series of problems from material technology, packaging, transportation, installation and so on, making Sunrise SPB building system popular in the Chinese market, while promoting it to the world.
